Does all of it really arrive?+
Yes. We carry all costs for travel, admin and organisation ourselves — verifiable in the annual reports on our transparency page.
Will I get a donation receipt?+
Yes, on request. The Jona Foundation is a registered German charity (reg. no. 20965), so your donation is tax-deductible. Up to €300 the tax office accepts your bank statement; for a receipt, send us your name, address, date and amount.
Is my donation secure?+
Yes. Payment runs SSL-encrypted through our donation partner Donorbox — by card, PayPal or SEPA direct debit. We never store payment data ourselves.
Can I give to a specific project?+
Yes. Just name the project in the reference field or the message box — Kindergarten Mityana or the medical & school truck. Without a note we put your gift where the need is greatest at the time. Either way it is traceable in the annual report.
